Relax Me combines carefully selected plants including lemon balm, astragalus and nettle, to support calm behaviour and cognitive function. Magnesium and B vitamins are included to support normal nerve function and neurotransmitter activity, helping to maintain a balanced and relaxed state.

Relax Me also contains prebiotic and probiotic ingredients to help maintain a healthy balance of gut microflora, supporting digestive comfort which can be compromised during periods of stress. Antioxidant-rich ingredients, including vitamin E, rosemary and rosehips, alongside omega 3 fatty acids, help support overall wellbeing during times of increased stress or anxiety.

Relax Me can be used daily with intake levels adapted in preparation for stressful events or environments where additional support is required to help maintain a relaxed, focused and calm disposition.
